POSITION AT A GLANCE:
- Starting Pay - $24.50/hr
- Schedule - Monday-Friday, 2 PM - 10 PM or 10 PM - 6 AM, or hybrid of both schedules
- Must be able to work 2nd and 3rd shift as needed
- Location - Londonderry, NH
- Requires -
- 1+ year(s) of Warehouse or Inventory experience required
- Advanced technical knowledge and working experience with SAP highly preferred
- Production or Manufacturing experience highly preferred, specifically in F&B Manufacturing
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel and Word

Job Description
The Inventory Specialist is responsible for inventory maintenance and reconciliation.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts; research and correct any variances.
- Reconcile daily, monthly, and annual inventory in SAP.
- Review, monitor and address inventory levels to minimize potential risk for out of stocks
- Communicates with Maintenance Planner current stock levels and potential issues.
- Works alongside Planner to allocate parts for maintenance assigned orders.
- Orders, receives, puts away parts in designated areas. Keeps adequate records.
- Ensures maintenance locations are kept orderly and adhere to GMP standards.
- Assists maintenance personnel locating parts so daily jobs can be performed.
- Run standard inventory reports as requested.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent required
- 1+ years of Warehouse/Inventory experience required
- Advanced technical knowledge and working experience with SAP highly preferred
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel and Word
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must have the ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Must have the ability to repetitively grasp and manipulate objects of varying size and weight requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination
- Must have the ability to read information in small, medium and large print
- Must have the ability to occasionally lift, push and pull 50+ pounds, reach above head height, squat, kneel, bend and reach
- Must have the ability to push and pull manual and powered handling equipment (i.e. pallet jack, hand-truck etc.) containing product loads for a minimum of 100 yards without assistance
