  • Starting Pay - $24.50/hr
  • Schedule - Monday-Friday, 2 PM - 10 PM or 10 PM - 6 AM, or hybrid of both schedules
    • Must be able to work 2nd and 3rd shift as needed
  • Location -   Londonderry, NH 
  • Requires -
    • 1+ year(s) of Warehouse or Inventory experience required
    • Advanced technical knowledge and working experience with SAP highly preferred
    • Production or Manufacturing experience highly preferred, specifically in F&B Manufacturing
    • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel and Word

Job Description

The Inventory Specialist is responsible for inventory maintenance and reconciliation.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily cycle counts; research and correct any variances.
  • Reconcile daily, monthly, and annual inventory in SAP.
  • Review, monitor and address inventory levels to minimize potential risk for out of stocks
  • Communicates with Maintenance Planner current stock levels and potential issues. 
  • Works alongside Planner to allocate parts for maintenance assigned orders.  
  • Orders, receives, puts away parts in designated areas.  Keeps adequate records.
  • Ensures maintenance locations are kept orderly and adhere to GMP standards.   
  • Assists maintenance personnel locating parts so daily jobs can be performed.
  • Run standard inventory reports as requested.

Job Requirements


  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent required
  • 1+ years of Warehouse/Inventory experience required
  • Advanced technical knowledge and working experience with SAP highly preferred
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel and Word
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have the ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
  • Must have the ability to repetitively grasp and manipulate objects of varying size and weight requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination
  • Must have the ability to read information in small, medium and large print
  • Must have the ability to occasionally lift, push and pull 50+ pounds, reach above head height, squat, kneel, bend and reach
  • Must have the ability to push and pull manual and powered handling equipment (i.e. pallet jack, hand-truck etc.) containing product loads for a minimum of 100 yards without assistance
