Growth - Career Paths
One of the best things about working with us at Coke Northeast are the many, MANY different kinds of growth opportunities. The growth someone experiences is completely up to our employees and based on what they want out of a career with us. Growth can come in the form of traditional upward promotions to management, as with someone who starts as a Warehouse Order Builder, is promoted to Warehouse Supervisor, and then is promoted to Warehouse Manager. For others, though, growth means taking advantage of our education reimbursement program, getting an Associates, BA, or Masters, initially moving laterally into a new department, and then growing in that new department. For other still, growth means cross-training and becoming a true expert at their craft while holding the same position 15+ years.
