- Schedule: Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm
- Preferred Class Level: Rising Sophomore, Rising Junior
- Preferred Major(s): Undergraduate student majoring in Operations, Facilities Management, Project Management, PropertyManagement, General Contracting, or related fields.
- Paid: $20.00 per hour
- Internship Duration: June 3rd, 2025 – August 8th, 2025 (end date flexible), approx. 40 hours per week

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Department Overview
Coke Northeast’s Facilities and Procurement Departments are an integral and evolving part of our organization that are continuously taking on new projects and learning how to best serve our Sales Centers and Production Facilities. The Facilities Department is the driving force behind large-scale facility improvement projects, and is responsible for:
- Guiding our Sales Centers with their decentralized Facilities Maintenance & Management activities
- Facilities governance, training, and support across the entire territory
- Vendor relations and negotiation, RFP processes, and contracts management to ensure strategic Facility projects achieves the highest level of quality, cost, and delivery for the organization
In joining our team, the Facilities Intern will work on a series of projects involving sourcing events, vendor management, contract management, project management, and developing presentations.
Goals and Objectives
- Individually develop, implement, and manage at least one team project through to completion
- Work with the Procurement and Facilities Teams to assist in developing new procedures
- Create supporting documentation for facility standards & operations
- Participate in weekly professional development sessions•Maintain weekly status tracker report outs
Learning Outcomes
- Understand the end-to-end process of Capital Projects for Facilities
- Understand the end-to-end process of Procure To Pay (PTP)
- Understand the end-to-end process of Vendor Creation & Management
- Understand the process of conducting and completing a Procurement Sourcing Event
- Obtain experience in project management and planning skills
- Develop public speaking, presenting, and teaching skills via real time and virtual audiences
- Improved Resumé writing and interviewing skills
- Improved networking skills and interpersonality communication

Coke Northeast is looking for a candidate that meets the following Education and Attribute requirements:
Education
- An Undergraduate student majoring in Operations, Facilities Management, Project Management, Property Management, General Contracting, or related fields.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Attributes
- Ability to prioritize and work efficiently both independently and in a group
- Strong curious and experimental mindset, eager to explore "what if" scenarios and innovative solutions
- Ability to listen, communicate (both written and verbally), and follow-up effectively
- Ability to analyze, think critically, and problem solve

- Some travel required
