Job Overview
The Maintenance Service Coordinator role supports all internal and external processing of parts and supply purchasing, invoice processing and service-related activities. Communicates effectively with all employees and external customers of service status and related activities. The Maintenance Service Coordinator will also assist and support the Area Supervisor and assigned Lead Technicians in compliance of service and safety related Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) through effective communication, scheduling and tracking.
Duties & Responsibilities

Provides estimated repair costs for customers. Open, process and receive all Purchase Order activity to ensure timeliness and accuracy of processing of parts and services

Monitors shop Repair Order activity to ensure accuracy and timeliness of processing

Performs CONA - COUPA purchasing - Receiving supplies, invoice review, coding and processing of all invoices

Logs, tracks, and follows up with customers. Communicates, assigns Vendor Repair Orders, logs and tracks assets sent to external 3rd party vendors for repair (when repair can not be completed in shop)

Assists in parts management system, core return and controlling obsolete parts (Parts management)

Provides daily, open communication between service coordinator activity and shop lead - workflow activity

Assists area supervisor and asset lifecycle administrator with processing asset disposals, yard upkeep

Performs other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
-
Previous maintenance experience required

Strong communication skills with both internal and commercial customers

Excellent computer skills and data processing capabilities i.e. TMT management program, (CONA) Internal invoice program and processing, Outlook- email program for internal and external communications

Understanding of parts management systems, inventory control, processing of purchase/repair order activity and ability to effectively work within each.

Ability to work cross-functionally with all team members and customers
Minimum Qualifications
- Up to 12 months maintenance experience
Preferred Qualifications

High School diploma or GED
-
1 to 3 years relevant experience
