Job Overview

The Product Supply Club/ARTM Planner II supports our ARTM/Club National account customers' and is responsible for supporting the planning and workflow related to the daily inbound order receipts to include forecasting, production, purchasing, and distribution of CCCI’s finished goods for the internal sales system. The primary focus is to ensure product availability at the right locations while maintaining optimal inventory levels across the system.  This role collaborates with the four key disciplines: Demand Forecasting, Production Scheduling, Fulfillment, and Club Management to ensure on-time, in-full deployment of finished goods.  The role is pivotal in supporting the innovation execution process, including new SKU launches, product conversions, and strategic product transitions.  This role requires strong internal and external customer focus, effective communication, and relationship-building skills. The role interfaces successfully across a broad range of organizational levels inside and outside the organization to drive business results.  
Key performance indicators for this role include customer in-stock goals, product freshness, product obsolescence, sourcing efficiency, and inventory days of supply (DOS).  
 

Duties & Responsibilities

•    Provide strategic oversight of Club/ARTM order receipts and execution, ensuring that high in-stock levels and on-time deliveries are consistently met for all customers.
•    Effectively manage and optimize the entire order fulfillment process, including change management decisions based on lead times, inventory levels, and production planning needs.  
•    Maintain clear and proactive communication with Club/ARTM customers, delivering timely status updates on current and future orders to enhance customer satisfaction.
•    Analyze and adjust system-generated orders to reduce costs and optimize overall efficiency.
•    Communicates risk and provides analysis as needed.  Provides critical insights for Club National Accounts and ARTM customers. 
•    Address and resolve operational conflicts related to dock times, damaged products, stock shortages, date codes, and product quality, minimizing disruption to the supply chain.
•    Partner with both internal and external functions to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.  
•    Manage relationships with Co-Packers and 3rd Party Vendors, working closely with Product Supply Planning and the National Customer Team to forecast future demand, assess lead times, and ensure sufficient inventory to support co-packing product and innovation initiatives. 
•    Works closely with National Accounts on planning for product innovations, aligning objectives and resources for innovation packages 3 to 6 months prior to launch.  Supports initiatives to test new product launches within the Coca-Cola system, collaborating with other bottlers to share best practices and drive innovation across the network.
•    Collaborate directly with all Product Supply Planning teams to execute specific Club launch directives, whether for a one-time product drop or the introduction of a new item into the Club assortment portfolio.
•    Develop and implement new processes for Club operations and collaborate with the Club/ARTM team to support customer needs and drive future business growth.  
•    Support the team to achieve company objectives by clearly communicating goals and deadlines, ensuring alignment with the broader business strategy.
•    Prepares and distributes weekly and monthly key performance indicator reports (in-stock, on-time, shortages) to both internal and external teams.  
 

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

•    Sales and Operations Planning, Inventory Management
•    Experience with ERP/Planning Systems
•    Project Management experience with inventory and capacity management methodologies
•    Strong analytical skills and fact-based problem solver.  Seeks collaborative solutions to address customer issues. 
•    Ability to identify and adapt to Company sku strategy changes, coordinate, and drive efforts within team to support objectives.  
•    Strong knowledge of all Product Supply with ability to represent key disciplines to both internal and external partners

•    Coordinates multi-facets of club planning to support new item SKU launches, strategic collaboration to support sales initiatives, and drives optimal deployment planning to support our internal and external partners' execution strategies

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (4 years) – 
• Knowledge acquired through 3 to up to 5 years of work experience
 

Preferred Qualifications

 • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, or Business Administration
