Job Overview

The Manager, RGM Execution focuses on process improvement serving as project manager and subject matter expert leading testing and all cross functional communication/implementation plans. They also apply price waterfall acumen to ensure accurate and efficient price execution.   This position is responsible for effectively managing the interrelationship between CONA, SAP and price waterfall discounts, requiring accuracy to minimizing any negative impact on the company’s cash flow, financial results, or customer relationships, while maintaining appropriate internal controls. Responsible for overseeing the Price Specialist II team.

Duties & Responsibilities

•    Leads all CONA/SAP testing regarding price execution to ensure functionality, identifying defects and needed enhancements.  
•    Partner with Data Ventures, IT and other cross functional partners to identify and drive price process efficiencies.
•    Manages the day-to-day execution activities and aspects of Price Specialist II, including but not limited to trade letter price loads, creating, generating, and analyzing reports, presenting key findings to internal business partners relative to accuracy in execution, and other complex price execution assignments.  
•    Train team members on tools and reporting to enable successful job performance, while managing customer assignments, workload, and deadlines for direct reports, through effective scorecard performance management.
•    Leads continuous enhancements to business and system processes and spearheads implementation and communication plans with cross functional partners.  
•    Engages, develops, and motivates teammates through effective performance management, coaching, and training, while maintaining customer focus, embodying company goals, purposes and values to inspire servant leadership.
•    Works on special projects, ad hoc analysis, and initiatives.

•    Ability to analyze situations and come to a satisfactory resolution using company guidelines and values.
•    Possess a high-level understanding of SAP TPM systems, broad knowledge of CPG, master data hierarchy, highly proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Access), CPG experience preferred.
 

Minimum Qualifications

•    Bachelor’s degree (4 years preferred in Finance, Business, or Marketing)

Preferred Qualifications

•    Knowledge acquired through 5 to up to 7 years of work experience
