General Purpose

Responsible for overseeing all fulfillment operations within a facility, including the preparation, quality assurance, and distribution of customer ready equipment for multiple sales centers across multiple market units and regions. This includes diagnostics, mechanical repairs, transportation logistics, and quality control of all equipment assigned for customer placement. Strategic focus on managing equipment KBIs, continuous improvement, process mapping, and protection of company assets as outlined by internal audit. Develop initiatives to achieve performance, quality, and safety standards and ensure achievement of fulfillment goals. (Scope of responsibility more than 100,000 annual equipment activities, 50 employees, and 120,000 sq ft of warehouse). 
This role will also be required to manage two sets of inventories on two different Enterprise Software systems (SAP and JD Edwards), while flexing resources to handle both inventories. In addition to the equipment fulfillment operation, this role is responsible for the facility implementation of the three-year business plan to include: the infrastructure development plan, the floor execution system, and the maintenance of the facility. 
 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership in areas of supply chain management, lean continuous improvement, and execution of key defined processes. 
  • Cultivate an environment of a high level of employee engagement within the operation and across the system. 
  • Drives continuous achievement of financial, quality, safety, productivity, and environmental targets 
  • Maximize productive capabilities to achieve customer satisfaction while attaining operating cost and service goals. 
  • Effectively collaborate with all functional partners in: planning, inventory management, sales, parts, finance, remanufacturing, OEM’s. 
  • Manage Cold Drink Equipment(CDE) capital budget to support North and South market units
  • Manage install labor budget for Field Service Business Units (North and South) 
  • Responsible for Parts Inventory Management to support replenishment of components for field service repairs and EFC refurbishment process 
  • Collaborate with GTM and NAOU on CDE deployment strategies to the market
  • Responsible for technical training program supporting technician onboarding process and development strategies for EFC and Field Service team

Qualifications

  • BS/BA
  • 6 years general management experience with large customer service organization
  • Proven ability to lead large teams and to effect change and improvement, 
  • P&L experience a must 
  • 5 – 7 years’ experience Equipment Services. 
  • 2 – 3 years in fast paced, customer-oriented environment.
  • 10 years of overall work experience.
  • MS/MA/MBA Preferred
  • SAP, Lean Six Signa, and JDE functional knowledge preferred.
