General Purpose

Lead, manage and develop a team the Commercial Operations team including the establishment of team strategic visions and goals as well as people development and performance.  Lead annual Product and Innovation processes for Marketing and Commercial including Product Lifecycle Management on the local and national levels.  Lead new product innovation stewardship with cross franchise brand partnerships and upstream connection to Coca-Cola Company functional partners.  Deliver best in class S and OP leadership across functions within CCSWB to help maximize business value of Product launches.  Ensure post launch analysis and course correction as appropriate to drive value across CCSWB. 
 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop direct reports as well as provide strategic direction for Commercial Operations Team. 
  • Lead the SKU Optimization and Rationalization Process at Southwest and MU Levels. 
  • Manage demand review monthly processes. 
  • Lead Southwest S and OP process with Leadership. 
  • Deliver innovation pre and post launch analysis. 
  • Support New Product Stages and Gates Support. 
  • Manage Forecasting Support and Analysis. 
  • Manage NRS Forecasting and Gap Analysis and problem solving. 
  • Collaborate on Southwest MU SKU Optimization Process and New Item Introductions. 
  • Partner on routine Demand Planning process which deliver effective and efficient supply chain plans and new product introductions. 
  • Establish network of functional partners with other Bottlers to share Best in Class actions and combine to solve national opportunities. 
  • Collaborate with Brand partners such as Monster, Dr Pepper, VEB and Core Power on new product innovation planning, introductions, and stewardship. 
  • Work with Coca-Cola Company partners on new product innovation planning, introductions, and stewardship. 
     

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • Master’s desired.  
  • A minimum of 5-7 years experience, Preferred 10 plus, preferably in the consumer goods and beverages industry  
  • Proven track record of achieving sustainable results 
  • Analysis experience; execution bias for action 
  • Demand and supply planning 
  • Financial acumen 
  • Collaborative sales forecasting 
  • Understanding of product lifecycle management 
  • Strong commercial planning skills 
  • Effectively communicates and builds relationships at all organizational levels 
  • Knowledge in foundational Category Mgt. skills
