General Purpose

Manage and deploy reset merchandisers against Business Unit priorities and customer commitments. Ensure adherence to schedules and accuracy of reset execution. Actively communicate with related category planning and Market Unit space management personnel. Manage appropriate reset equipment (glides, etc). Implement local, Market Unit, and Business Unit schematics for warm sets and cold vaults in Supermarkets and Convenience Retail Channels.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for performance review completion and supervision of Reset Merchandisers

  • Create and maintain a working relationship with Customers to ensure proper execution of resets and control of reset schedules.  

  • Foster a culture of superior customer service and professional work environment. 

  • Follow all EEOC standards and training Reset Merchandisers for career advancement.

  • Coordination and planning of all local and Market Unit resets; including the optimization of personnel resources and identification of additional personnel needs on both long term and short term basis.

  • Work with Field Space Execution Manager on Market Unit planning and execution implementation, as well as, special projects as assigned by the Space Strategy Manager.

  • Work with Market Unit Retail Space Managers to align reset timing and activity.  

  • Work with local and Market Unit Sales and Execution teams to implement schematics.   

  • Building Capabilities by Developing Reset Merchandisers for future career advancement.

  • Ability to respond quickly to emergencies and implement exit strategies for issue resolution required.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required 
  • Preferred Prior experience leading teams 
  • Merchandising Experience 
  • Proficient translation of oral verbalization into a written format 
  • Strong communication skills, ability to collaborate with internal and external customers    
  • Ability to periodically lift, push and pull 50+ pounds, stand, walk, kneel, bend, and reach required. 

Preferred:   

  • 2 – 5 years’ experience in the soft drink industry 
  • Sales experience with background in Supermarket, Convenience Retail and/or Cold Drink Channels
