Trainee - Jr. Business Analyst Supply Chain

General Purpose

Did you finish your bachelor between January 2022 and December 2023 and are interested in Supply Chain? The trainee program at Coca Cola Southwest Beverages might be for you!
Our Trainee-Jr. Business Analyst position is a fast-track full time program for recent bachelor graduates, designed to develop the Coca Cola Southwest Beverages Leaders of tomorrow. This program is targeted to high performing bachelor graduates. As a trainee, you will experience different project assignments in one of our value chain functions for the duration of the program (24 months). You will take an active role working hand to hand with manager and director levels of the company with the intent of applying to an open, full-time role after successful program graduation in one of the key areas of the company.
Throughout the 24-month program, we provide our trainees with mentorship, training & development, and networking opportunities. This is accomplished by assigning high impact projects that enables frequent interaction with manager, director and VP levels of the company, while also immersing in the CCSWB value chain process by working in a day-to-day basis with our middle management leaders.
For this program, we are looking for talent interested in the Supply Chain function! As a trainee you will have the opportunity to learn our Manufacturing, Warehouse and Procurement processes with our CCSWB leaders!
 

Duties and Responsibilities

• As a trainee, you will have on-the-job experience of our middle manager roles in the Supply Chain area by working side by side with different levels of the company and meet different challenges, make decisions, and quickly see the results. 
• You will also lead multiple projects for the duration of the program, consisting of 4-5 project rotations approximately every 5 months in different Supply Chain areas.  
• During each rotation, you will learn the routines of our Supply Chain team through hands-on experience while completing a pre-defined key project, working under the supervision of manager and director levels.
• As a trainee you will also have a defined learning path to build key skills that will serve you to lead and design strategies, accompanied by one of our director levels who will be your mentor to support and guide you.
   

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain related areas.
• Bachelor graduation date between January 2022 – December 2023 
• Minimum GPA: 3.0
• Relocation availability if needed (might be relocated after 1 year in any of our CCSWB facilities)
• Ability to travel as needed (50% of time)
• Proficiency in computer skills and data analysis 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Problem-solving and End to End attitude
• Self-motivated and ability to create a plan, prioritize initiatives and execute independently and in collaboration with others.

Preferred skills and experiences

• Fluency in Spanish 
• International exchange experience
