Talent Coordinator

General Purpose

The Talent Coordinator provides administrative support within the Human Resources department of the organization. Their primary duties include assisting with the learning process, helping to create and schedule employee training, entering employee records into the LMS database and creating regular reports and presentations on Learning metrics. The Talent Coordinator is expected to competently complete a large variety of administrative tasks, they must have a good foundation in general education, excellent computer skills and previous experience of office work. They must also have an interest in continuing their education under the Human Resources and Training umbrella.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Create regular reports and presentations on Learning metrics
• Communicate and follow up with Leaders
• Answer employees’ queries about Training related issues
• Provides orientation for new employees as needed
• Test Courses in LMS
• Schedule Meetings
• Track Training Attendance and Register in LMS
• Tracking Training Plan
• Define and Communicate Training Audience
• Follow up with Vendors
• Track Budget
• Liaise with external and internal partners
• Attend meetings and take meeting notes
• Support Company functions as needed

Qualifications

• Strong Communication Skills
• MS Office proficiency
• Hands-on experience coordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting
• Positive attitude
• Spreadsheet preparation and tracking skills
• Calendar Scheduling experience
• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Must be able to speak, read and write English at a sufficient level
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
