General Purpose

Responsible for providing advanced analytical support to the Field Financial Services leadership , the Operating Unit Finance Leadership Team, and Headquarter Leadership Teams

•    Operating Unit Finance HQ support on rolling estimate and monthly financial results for Contracts, Funding, and DME
•    Monitor and communicate adherence to financial controls and consistent execution of standard business processes within CCSWB including SOX requirements
•    Maintain, review, and track Contract and DME spend and all Funding activities for CCSWB 
•    Accountable for supporting the Annual Budget process for HQ and provide strategic guidance for MU level operating expenses
•    Serve as Finance liaison between HQ, MUs, SSC and Internal Controls regarding Contract Amortization, DME, and Funding and Internal controls
•    Partner with Field Finance team and the Operating Unit functional leaders on initiatives to drive efficiencies

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Monitor and communicate adherence to internal controls and consistent execution of standard business processes including SOX requirements
  • Identify risk and opportunities in financial forecast and develop gap solve scenarios for operating expenses
  • Analyze and determine which areas pose great financial risk and partner with the business to develop action plans
  • Provide support to Finance in monthly close process and communicating performance results with Finance leadership
  • Collaborate with SSC, HQ Finance team, and Market Unit Finance team around month end close, quarter-end, year-end close and other activities related to Contracts, DME, and Funding
  • Provide cross-functional support as needed regarding investment opportunities and gap solving
  • Collaborate with all team members of HQ, MUs and other functional leads in development of Annual Business Plan for Contracts, DME, and Funding activities
     
Qualifications
  • BA/BS in Accounting or Finance or the equivalent combination of education and experience
  • MBA/CPA Preferred
  • Five to ten years of related business experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Proven people leadership skills 
  • Preferred soft drink industry or consumer packaged goods experience
  • Preferred 3+ years of experience in business planning and analysis, along with P&L management
  • Preferred experience in preparing financial information for use by non-financial managers
