Human Resources Coordinator - Talent Acquisition Operations HT

General Purpose

The Human Resource Coordinator aids the Talent Acquisition Operations.  The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of Human Resources as well as general administrative responsibilities.  The candidate will need to work in a fast-paced environment, is very detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines, can work independently, and has a strong initiative to get things accomplished.

Duties and Responsibilities

Project Coordination:

  • Participates in projects with ownership over key deliverables.
  • Owns TA resources and materials documentation 
  • Tracks and assists in coordination of hiring events and campaigns, and tracks results
  • Reviews and monitors background check status and follow-ups on a daily basis 
  • Tracks and updates Evergreen requisitions 
  • Tracks TA Ops issues that need to be addressed for process improvement
  • Research issues in ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and SuccessFactors 


Data driven:

  • Ability to understand relevant recruiting data and ensure accurate and timely data entry into Applicant Tracking System and other recruiting systems. 
  • Manage and analyze TA reports 
  • Proficient in generating reports from recruiting systems
  • Is able to interpret data to identify areas that need attention
  • Manages internal candidate Referral tracking 
  • Provide status updates to HR Business Partners and TA team as needed
  • May assist in recruiting / scheduling process 
  • Assists with managing job postings 
  • Support special projects as assigned


  • 1+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition or Human Resources Coordinator or similar administrative role preferred
  • Excellent problem-solving skills – solutions-oriented mindset
  • Strong Excel skills (assessment required)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Intermediate+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite products
  • Proven experience supporting a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Must pay exceptional attention to detail, ability to manage own time effectively, produce work of the highest quality, and meet deadlines consistently
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking System (SuccessFactors) preferred, but not required
  • Some college preferred with a focus in Human Resources
  • Seeking a career in HR or Talent Acquisition preferred
