Field Finance Manager - Shared Services

General Purpose

The Commercial Field Finance Manager is responsible for managing the relationship between CCSWB and our Shared Services Teams. Support the Contracts Activities. Coordinate Commercial team reporting activities with cross functional teams. Adhere to Arca’s Cultural Principles.
 

Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate Activities between CCSWB and our shared services partners
• Provide Reporting and Analysis related to our Shared Services Activities
• Analyze Shared Services Cost and partner with the business to develop action plans to reduce cost.
• Mthly/Qtly/Yrly financial close activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, general ledger for Shared Services Cost and Contracts.  
• Trial Balance account analysis and balance sheet/P&L reviews.
• Forecasting and Planning activities related to Shared Services and Contracts
• Collaborate with FSOP team on EA Review of Contracts
• Coordinate Commercial Reporting Activities with our Cross Functional Partners related to (BPM, MM, Snowflake, or any new finance tools developed)
• Identify and promote the use of analytical tools to provide internal teams with information to make business decisions.
• Manage/Support Annual Audit Process
• Promote and cultivate ARCA’s Cultural Principles

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Accounting or Finance or the equivalent combination of education and experience
• MBA/CPA Preferred
• Five to ten years of related business experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Proven people leadership skills 
• Preferred soft drink industry or consumer packaged goods experience.
• Preferred 3+ years of experience in business planning and analysis, along with P&L management
• Preferred experience in preparing financial information for use by non-financial managers.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus!
