General Purpose

The Talent Manager – Culture, will be responsible for the full Culture experience for our CCSWB employees.   

This role will also be responsible for building awareness, understanding and ownership for the CCSWB engagement vision and cultural transformation.

  • Manage CCSWB Engagement Process – Responsible for managing the complete engagement process within all functions of the business. Partnering with our corporate partners and the HRBPs to execute the annual engagement plan throughout the organization.
  • Onboarding/Offboarding & Cross-boarding Programs – Manage and support Day 1 activities and execute the JOIN AC onboarding program for all hires.  Provide onboarding captain support in all facilities to achieve the highest satisfaction for new hire experience.  Analyze exit survey and separation reports to develop recommendations to improve employee experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

Engagement Process

  • Creates and validate associate participation file. 
  • Partners with corporate on communication plan and manage participation rates.
  • Adjusts corporate’s job aids and hold training for the engagement survey to fit CCSWB.
  • Creates job aids and training for sharing results and action plans.
  • Tracks completion and provide reporting of action plans to leaders.
  • Manages accountability for execution of engagement action plans. 
  • Implements best practices and leverage analytics to drive strategies for retention, culture change, and other relevant factors impacting team member engagement.
  • Develops long-term strategies and best-in-class initiatives to promote and achieve a culture of excellence and high engagement.
  • Develops and executes annual budgets and proposals, timelines, presentations, and creative design to increase engagement and to sustain a positive culture.
  • Works with HRBPs to develop coaching to improve employee experience by executing department-specific action plans. Ensure leadership accountability to create and manage action plan completion.
  • Promotes a work environment that is fun and productive. 
  • Partners with HRBPs to maintain ongoing pulse on company’s morale through developing focus groups, surveys, one-on-one interviews, and other methods; evaluates and applies the data to support decisions.
  • Collaborates and partners with various HR departments and the CCSWB leadership team to select programming that meets the strategic objectives of the organization.

Onboarding/Offboarding/Crossboarding

  • Create, communicate, train, track and publish companywide onboarding program ensuring our program delivers a warm welcome and experience smooth onboarding to all new hires.
  • Organize orientation programs (first day, first week, first month and first quarter)
  • Act as a consultant to HRBPS to better support new employees.
  • Partner with HRBPs to monitor new hire turnover and retention rates
  • Partner with Learning and facilitate onboarding training sessions

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree required
  • Masters degree desired
  • Experience managing engagement plans & surveys
  • Experience managing onboarding programs
  • Experience working with SAP and Success Factors
  • Experience creating strategic plans and presentations using PowerPoint or similar programs.
  • Experience working in Microsoft Office including analyzing reports using functions and v-look ups.
  • Spanish speaking desired
