Digital Innovation & PMO Manager

General Purpose

• CCSWB’s Digital Innovation & PMO Manager will accelerate and evolve AC-CCSWB’s Digital Transformation strategy and agenda which is aligned with broader company objectives.
• CCSWB’s Digital Innovation & PMO Manager will be responsible for ideation, business case development, and execution/project management of key initiatives to accelerate CCSWB’s Digital Agenda.
• CCSWB’s Digital Innovation & PMO Manger will act as a business partner to ensure effective partnership between functional areas and IT teams in joint digital innovation projects.
• CCSWB´s Digital Innovation & PMO Manager will be responsible for the effective management of Enterprise PMO and Open Innovation strategies and systems.
• Promote cultural principle of Change & Innovation across organization through ideation workshops, engagement forums, and the development and execution of communication strategies.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Accelerate & evolve AC-CCSWB’s Digital Transformation agenda
• Lead innovation ideation exercises with functional areas to identify areas of opportunity for innovation exercises.
• Conduct business case evaluation exercises with functional areas and finance team to ensure ROI of innovation initiatives.
• Ensure implementation, successful execution, and measurement of key indicators to determine success or failure of initiatives.
• Expansion and administration of Open Innovation and EPMO frameworks, pipelines, and systems.
• Responsible for Open Innovation idea management, communication leadership, stakeholder engagement, and initiative selection and execution.
• EPMO portfolio management, monthly ELT review, communication leadership, and stakeholder engagement to ensure execution of key EPMO projects.
• Lead Process Digitization and Automation efforts across CCSWB’s functional areas and operations
• Act as a business partner to functional areas and IT team for identification, evaluation, development, and implementation of Robot Process Automation use cases.
• Work with operations teams to identify processes that could be digitized and/or automated to save time and/or resources and track benefits of automation.
• Support Long-Term and Annual Business Planning exercises
• Responsible for proper documentation of key value driving initiatives under AC Corporate requirements, leveraging EPMO system in place.
• Partner with Continuous Improvement and Finance teams to document and track annual Value Generation initiatives across CCSWB functional teams.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate Degree (Master’s or Equivalent)
• PMP Certification
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or other relevant area.
• 7 plus years of experience in business development, project management, and/or change management roles.
• 5 plus years of people management/leadership experience.
• 5 plus years of experience leading project managers.
• Experience in innovation and improvement methodologies.
• Travel time: Greater than 20%
• Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish
