General Purpose

As the Compensation Manager, you will ensure consistent application of Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages LLC (CCSWB) pay philosophy and drive our pay for performance culture. The role will focus on development, implementation, and administration of all compensation, benefits, and reward programs to ensure market and cost competitiveness, internal equity and consistency, and pay for performance.  
 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Promote and implement the company’s pay philosophy and strategy across our market units.  
  • Build credible partnerships with executives, market units, and HR community.  
  • Ensure clarity and understanding of pay strategies for leaders, managers, and employees.  
  • Project-manage the roll out of new corporate programs including the alignment of pay strategies.  
  • Manage the annual compensation cycle and conduct periodic audits to review and confirm consistency of band placements, job titles, and job families to ensure equity, and facilitate talent movement across the organization. 
  • Leverage industry best practices to innovate new compensation strategies for growth. 
  • Design, implement, and manage creative solutions to specific compensation-related programs and incentive plans.
  • Manage the administration of current Incentive Plans 
  • Administer all compensation activities including benchmarking, ad hoc market analysis, etc. 
  • Manage FLSA analysis and compliance 
  • Manage the company’s job description database to ensure creation and maintenance of accurate and updated job descriptions. 
  • Manage EEO compliance and analysis, including preparation of the annual audits. 
  • Keep apprised of federal, state and local laws and regulations in order to ensure company compliance. 
  • Knowledgeable of industry changes, legal updates and technical developments related to applicable areas of the Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages LLC business to proactively respond to changing business environment 
     

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources or related field  
  • 5+ years experience in Compensation
  • 3+ years of leadership experience 
  • Highly Proficient in Microsoft Excel  and Compensation Management technologies
  • Project management experience  
  • SHRM CCP preferred
  • Ability to prioritize work assignments and establish/meet work deadlines.  
  • Ability to understand and manage data  
  • Persuasive communication and presentation skills 
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
