Summary

Drive Revenue growth within Liberty through leadership, stewardship, and execution of the five (5) principles of RGM capabilities to the front line.

Responsibilities

Planning and Forecasting

• Lead the development and execution of the commercial planning process, including annual business plans and long-term strategic road maps
• Develop short-term and long-term volume & revenue forecasts, track performance and identify any deviations or risks.

Revenue Management:

• Monitor market trends, competitive landscapes, and industry shifts to ensure the company’s offerings are aligned with consumer demand and competitive positioning.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize brand price position, product assortment price architecture, and promotions.
• Support GM leadership with cascading goals and setting regional level price waterfall levers (e.g., Customer Market Agreements, Segmented Pricing, GTM Funds)
• Develop Price Strategy of Trade Letters & promotional calendar for channels & local key accounts driven by TPO insights.
• Provide key account analytical support (e.g., Nielsen, customer scan data) for development of weekly routines. Lead actions to close any identified gaps to plan.

Cross-Functional

• Participation in various bottler sub committees (e.g., OPC, customer CCT’s, ARTM)
• Support the evaluation of sources of growth (SOG), innovation launches, acceleration of the strategic route to market (RTE). Provide ongoing ad hoc analytical support on key projects
• Collaborate across departments, including operations and supply chain, to ensure that commercial strategies are fully integrated into the broader business functions.
• Present business results and post analysis opportunities to leadership teams to capture the collective genius.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience
• MBA or other graduate degree preferred
• 3 - 5 years’ experience, preferably in the consumer goods/beverages (CPG) industry
• Business management experience across multiple products and channels – e.g., Retail, Food Service required
• Customer/Sales management experience preferred
• Experience in building and monitoring annual business plans preferred
• Analytics experience – ability to draw insights and actions from data utilizing various data sources both internal and external.
• Planning experience; strategic thinking (forward-looking vision and anticipating of future needs)
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively while prioritizing tasks and meeting daily deadlines.
• Strong change management capabilities – demonstrates innovation & creativity to create business solutions; ability to influence/gain alignment across divergent perspectives.
• Drives organizational performance, efficiency, and effectiveness by translating analytics into actions and sustainable results.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to include presenting to large audiences.
