Summary

The days and hours for the position are Mon-Thurs 5:30pm-4am

Responsible for driving and transporting finished goods from Smithtown DC to Calverton facility.

Responsibilities

• Transport finished goods or raw materials between facilities and/or customer locations.
• Disconnect trailers at destination.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections, as well as verify load and seal numbers.
• Maintain DOT time log, Daily Certifications, Bill of Lading, and other paperwork as required.
• Maintain vehicle, product and equipment to company standards.
• Follow and comply to all company SOPs and Safety Standards
• Schedule may include evenings and weekends 

Qualifications

• High School - GED diploma preferred.
• 1-3 general work experience preferred.
• Ability to operate all type of industrial power trucks.
• Familiar with DOT regulations.
• Valid Class A and driving record within MVR policy guidelines.
• Haz Mat Certification
• Clean driving record
• Attendance and Productivity meet Transportation standards
• Doubles Endorsement
• Must have ability to repetitively lift, pull and push 50+ pounds, reach above head height, stand, walk, kneel, bend and reach
