About This Opportunity
In this role you will be responsible for managing and delivering the annual category business plans, thought leadership for the category, and managing the pipeline of innovation and all associated activities, as well as the management of one direct report.
Responsibilities
• Provide thought leadership and act as the voice of the categories
• Identify sources of growth plans by category for the business plan
• Analyze business results, assess opportunities, and identify and lead the development of gap-closing plans
• Manage the innovation pipeline and all associated activities for the categories: optimize existing package/flavour assortment in line with relevant consumer insights and ensure new Coke Canada SKUs are all profitable, commercially viable, and executed successfully in the market
Qualifications
• 6+ years of commercial, sales, or marketing experience
• Demonstrated experience leading in a cross-functional environment
• Strategic & analytical thinking; demonstrated thought-leadership
• Ability to draw insights and develop strategies grounded in facts
• Demonstrated ability to navigate complex organizational structures
• Ability to present and discuss with stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including senior leadership
• Experience leading people is an asset
• Relevant post-secondary is an asset
