About This Opportunity
We are recruiting for a Senior Analyst, Category Management & Insights to join our Category Management & Insights team. As a Senior Analyst for Category Management & Insights, you will leverage multiple data sources to create reports and scorecards that articulate both results and drivers. In this role, you will work closely with the category management and retail sales teams in driving key business decisions and strategies.

Responsibilities
- Leverage market and retailer Point-of-Sale (POS) tools and build reports to summarize category performance. Highlighting key insights, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
- Cultivate strong relationships with internal teams and customers to drive collaboration and trust.
- Effectively communicate insights and key findings by crafting compelling, data-driven stories that engage stakeholders and inform decisions.
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.
- Assist in the development of category strategies and annual plans in collaboration with the category management team.
- Support the Senior Category Manager in conducting supplier negotiations and building strong relationships with external partners.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of objectives and strategies.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of space strategies to drive healthy category growth for system and retailer.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the industry, staying abreast of emerging trends and best practices.
- Build channel and retailer planograms in alignment with channel/brand standards of Coca-Cola Bottling Limited and Partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry
- Proven analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
- Experience with JDA or planogram drawing is an asset
- Ability to present data and insights clearly and effectively to diverse audiences, using storytelling techniques to drive understanding and action
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
