About This Opportunity

 

The Equipment Planner is responsible for reviewing all work orders before scheduling and dispatching calls for Cooler Movers, Fountain Installers and Field Technicians. They are also responsible for updating and maintaining an accurate customer database, monitoring volume, and executing plans to meet customer expectations for local and National Account OU customers. Reporting to the Supervisor, Equipment Service, the Equipment Planner must have excellent communication skills as they collaborate with department Managers, Field Service Supervisors, Account Coordinators, Sales and Customers.  

Responsibilities

  • The Equipment Planner will audit orders, plan routes, and dispatch all Cooler, Vendor and Fountain calls using Planning Tools.
  • Ability to optimize and plan routes using the mapping tools based on truck capacity, manpower, customer expectation, and EQ availability to minimize travel times.
  • Working within the NAOU Salesforce Planning tool to schedule work orders.
  • The Equipment Planner must be able to multi-task and make quick decisions to adjust and modify  schedules when changes are needed.
  • The Equipment Planner coordinates with key stakeholers such as the Make Ready Center, Parts Management Group, Field Service Teams, and Account Coordinators to ensure all equipment and parts are ready for the installation, and will assist with any issues that arise once the work order has been completed.   
  • Conduct initial customer call (ICC) & Customer Readiness call (RDN)  24-48hours prior using ROBO call system. 
  • Drive continuous improvement by utalizing key business indicators 
  • Ensure data integrity of system
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Fluent in both English and French
  • Strong communication skills by email, phone, in person 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products; Outlook, Excel, Word, 
  • Teams etc.
  • Ability to problem-solve 
  • Ability to Multi-task
  • Time Management
  • Can work independently and in a team setting

Preferred Education/Experience:

  • College Diploma or 2-years work experience 
  • Customer service  
  • Knowledge of Canadian geography is an asset 
  • Operations/logistics
  • SAP an asset
  • Salesforce an asset
