About This Opportunity


In this role, you will develop and lead our commercial execution strategy and work cross-functionally with our key stakeholders and partners to deliver all our execution objectives and commercial growth pillars. There are two available roles: one is for large store/ecommerce and one is for small stores, food-service on premise.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage our channel execution insights to drive our key growth pillars and determine the execution priorities. 
  • Drive campaigns to positively drive initiatives in the market. 
  • Adjust and optimize strategies 
  • Manage our Annual Marketing Calendar to ensure our key brand and category leverages are being prioritized. 
  • Ensure execution strategies are aligned and effectively implemented. 
  • Develop/ Review and Validate scorecards to review results and address concerns.
  • Create key Source of Growth (SOG) to drive initiatives towards our growth Pillars. 
  • Manage annual budget for execution tools to ensure market development tools are used to execute with excellence.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of commercial, sales, or marketing experience 
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence large cross-functional teams 
  • Proven track record of problem-solving
  • Analytical thinker
  • Strong Presentation Skills
  • Experience in Coke System or similar CPG experience is an asset
  • Field Sales experience is an asset 
  • Data Analysis Skills: PowerBI, CRAFT, and Margin Minder are all an asset
  • Relevant post-secondary education is an asset
