About This Opportunity
Reporting to the Director of Large Store Customer Sales, this role is responsible for driving growth in both wholesale and Food Service on Premise (FSOP) segments. This newly established role begins with a focus on customer onboarding, project management, and execution of FSOP business strategies (first 6 months), before transitioning into a sustaining sales and account management position. The ideal candidate will combine FSOP expertise with strong sales acumen and the ability to manage cross-functional teams to ensure business objectives are met.
Responsibilities
First Six Months
- Customer Onboarding & Setup: Manage the end-to-end setup of new customer accounts, including contract management, site assessments, equipment selection, and installation. Ensure all logistics align with customer expectations and business goals.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with sales, operations, customer service, and technical teams to ensure smooth transitions for new customer setups and ongoing project management.
- Resource Alignment: Align internal resources effectively to support customer implementations, ensuring projects are executed on time, within budget, and to spec.
- Problem Solving: Address operational issues with customers and bottlers to ensure project timelines and service levels are maintained.
Post First 6 Months (Sustaining)
- Program Execution: Adopting a sustaining position and oversee the application of strategies and flawless execution of marketing and operational programs across the system.
- Performance Delivery: Ensure plans and marketing activities meet volume, revenue, profit, and customer satisfaction targets across all stakeholders.
- Customer Relationship Management: Foster win-win relationships, grow customer satisfaction, and maintain effective communication with key decision-makers.
- Annual Business Planning: Develop and execute Annual Business Plans with customers, the Company, and the Bottler system to drive growth and align strategies for Coca-Cola's success.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve operational or exceptional issues with customers or MEP’s to ensure smooth business operations.
- Budget Management: Oversee forecasting and budget management, ensuring alignment with sales goals and profitability targets.
- Collaborate across departments, including sales, operations, customer service, and technical teams, to drive project success.
- Ability to adapt to changing customer needs and project scope while maintaining quality and efficiency.
- Flexibility and travel readiness for on-site visits and equipment inspections as required by the project.
Qualifications
• 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated ability to develop business plans and manage customer relationships.
• Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in equipment installations, site assessments, or managing the logistics of food service setups is preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams (sales, operations, technical, and customer service) to deliver successful customer onboarding and project execution.
