About This Opportunity

Coke Canada's PAC team's vision is to be the PAC team at the forefront for how bottlers build and manage their reputations globally. 


Our goal is to build and enhance our social license to operate. Our role is to unearth and share the Coke Canada story internally and externally in a relatable (and sharable) way. In what we do and how we do it, we will be agents of change and drivers of the reinvention of the company and we will use data and facts to address perceptions as we evolve. 


The Special Projects PAC coordinator contract role will report into the Manager, External Communications, PAC, and support the Public Affairs and Communications Team. The candidate will focus on several priority projects during their contract tenure and primarily provide administrative and project management support, including project tracking and cross-functional team coordination. Some communications material development support and results tracking will also be required. 


This role is a WFH environment, but preference to someone who is located in the GTA, given potential in-person activations (TBC, pending COVID-19 safety protocols


•    Ensuring projects are executed on time through rigorous workplan development and management, including coordination of PAC activities, cross functional teams and those of our communications agency.
•    Budget tracking.
•    Media monitoring tracking and distribution. 
•    Some development of communications materials including corporate emails, yammer posts, LinkedIn posts and media materials as well as PowerPoint presentations. 
•    Coordination of cross-functional project meetings including meeting administration activities like taking detailed notes and distributing meeting minutes/next steps. 
•    General admin support as required.


•    Bachelor's Degree or College Diploma, with a focus on communications or marketing
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint 
•    Proficiency with Microsoft Tools (Teams, Skype, SharePoint)
•    Excellent verbal & strategic written comms skills
•    Excellent organization and time management skills; ability to deliver on-time, on-budget; can work independently as well as part of a team; ability to maintain strict self time management; is accountable for their actions; 
•    Capable at communicating with employees across all levels of the org
•    Self-starter
•    Pro-active, curious learner.
