About This Opportunity

Under the supervision of the General Manager of the Montreal region, the candidate will assist the various department managers in various daily tasks to ensure smooth operations and sales.

Responsibilities

  • Assist management in achieving our strategic and financial objectives.
  • Assist management in various day-to-day tasks, in the implementation of key projects, and in achieving our commitment to our employees and the community.
  • Manage the integration of new employees (file creation, arrival preparation, introduction to the company) and ensure proper follow-up of the training plan.
  • Participate, assist and manage multidisciplinary projects related to the operations of the Montreal and Trois-Rivières sales centers.
  • Develop and maintain various performance reports and present them to various management stakeholders.
  • Provide support for various administrative tasks such as the management of certain suppliers, purchasing, cpt payable and support for event organization.
  • Follow-up and analyze our partners' agreements and financial performance.

Qualifications

  • 2 or more years' experience in sales and/or business administration.
  • Post-secondary degree in business administration or other relevant field.
  • Proven track record in managing priorities and strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent command of the MS Office suite.
  • Oral and written bilingualism (French and English).
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Dynamic and initiative.
  • Knowledge of SAP (asset).
  • Hybrid position, based in Montreal.
