About This Opportunity

The Full-Service Vending (FSV) Manager reports to the Senior Manager of Vending Strategy, Planning, and Execution. This role is responsible for developing and implementing the execution strategy for Full-Service and Loan Vending within a Western Canada. The position involves collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to support the customer team, cultivate and maintain customer relationships, and achieve increased revenue and profitability while enhancing vending operations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute vending strategies for Western Canada.
  • Support customer teams with vending opportunities and contract negotiations.
  • Coordinate with local sales teams, vending supervisors, drivers, and service technicians to improve operations and manage national initiatives.
  • Provide sales support in vending setups, prospecting, updates, and customer renewals.
  • Oversee vending initiatives such as Coke&Go, loan vending policy, telemetry upgrades, and profitability projects.
  • Manage daily operations with service providers, including fill requests, customer service tickets, pricing, new fills, removals, data accuracy, reporting and invoicing.
  • Collaborate with planners and supervisors on efficient route reviews, resource allocation, and resolve any distribution issues.
  • Monitor key business indicators such as yield, fill rates, telemetry, cashless health, productivity, and profitability.
  • Perform field testing, audits, coaching, and related tasks.

Qualifications

  • Education in Finance or Business Administration / General Management and/or experience directly in Full Service or Sales departments and skills preferred;
  • 2+ years of experience in beverage retail or distribution preferred;
  • Strong analytical skills with good understanding of technology;
  • Ability to make sound decisions and recommendations through analysis;
  • Proven ability to collaborate and effectively influence across functional areas, coordinating efforts related to vending operations.
