About This Opportunity

The Equipment Service, Parts Expeditor will be responsible for activities within Coke Canada Bottling’s (CCB) Brampton Parts Warehouse.  Work involves pick pack and shipping of equipment service parts orders for CCB customers, as well as directly delivering parts to CCB Technicians across the GTA. You will also be providing customer service to our service technicians as well as our customers.


At times there will be a requirement to support other areas of the Parts Management Group (PMG), including the parts specialist’s team to ensure coverage. Other activities will involve, parts room upkeep consisting of cleaning the facility, moving inventory, receiving inventory and restocking bins.



  • Deliver pre-ordered parts to Technicians within the GTA
  • Check accuracy and stability of truck load
  • Identify best practices and business process improvements, then develop, document and maintain detailed Standard Operating Procedures where needed
  • Working in SAP to place, process and complete customer orders, parts transfers and receiving of shipments for international suppliers
  • Participate in weekly and monthly review meetings
  • Focus on increasing productivity within the parts warehouse or other areas where needed



  • Minimum completion of High School Minimum (College or Bachelor’s degree asset)
  • Minimum of two (2) years in a position involving shipping and receiving, candidate should have experience working within SAP
  • Great command of English is a mandatory requirement
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience working in an intense, dynamic environment
  • Some knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access
  • Ability to repetitively lift and carry parts weighing 50 lbs.
  • Class G Driver’s License with no major violations over the last three (3) years
  • One (1) plus year of commercial driving experience
  • 1- 3 years of general work experience
  • Local delivery experience preferred
