About This Opportunity

The Equipment Service, Parts Specialist will be responsible for activities within CCCBL Coca-Cola Canada Bottling Ltd.’s parts warehouse. Work involves picking, packing, and shipping of equipment service parts orders for CCCBL customers as well as direct to technicians across Canada. You will also be providing customer service to our service techs as well as our customers.

This positin will be based out of Brampton facility. Monday to Friday from 10 AM to 7 PM

Responsibilities

  • Identify best practices and business process improvements, then develop, document and maintain detailed Standard Operating Procedures where needed
  • Sources parts; received and evaluates quotes from vendor
  • Working in SAP to place, process and complete customer orders, parts transfers and receiving of shipments for international suppliers
  • Participate in weekly and monthly review meetings
  • Focus on increasing productivity within the parts warehouse or other areas where needed
  • Working with the field service team on supporting equipment service parts inventory counts.
  • Scheduling, and providing inventory count sheets as well as entering count after count completion and providing audit counts
  • Work with Field Service Supervisors and technicians on parts market searches, parts ordering from one of our suppliers or sourcing parts from the Canadian parts warehouse. Working with SAP on tech hold for parts, also managing inventory adjustments on service vans where needed
  • Assist with pick pack and ship orders for CCCBL customers and our technicians across Canada. Assist with supplier drop ship program and coding of invoices where needed

Qualifications

  • Minimum completion of High School Minimum (College or Bachelor’s degree asset)
  • Bilingual English/French preferred
  • Minimum of two (2) years in a position involving shipping and receiving, candidate should have experience working within SAP
  • Great command of English is a mandatory requirement
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience working in an intense, dynamic environment
  • Some knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access
